In a world full of situps, crunches, and leg raises,  you’d be hard-pressed to think there wasn’t another way to get sick looking abs. If having washboard abs is your dream and would love to have Eva Mendes washing her thongs on it, this might be something you want to try. It is a twist on Coach Nick Tuminello’s video and honestly, probably a more brutal variation as it creates and anti-rotation aspect (oblique engagement for you non-trainer folks)
