If you know me, you know I am one thing:

HUNGRY.

I’ve been on my career path for just over a year. I have met a ton of great individuals be it in person or through social media like Facebook and Twitter. I have had conversations with many folks, learned A LOT for the sake of my own knowledge and the training of my clients. My style isn’t a definitive one because different people have different needs. I have learned to question what I thought I knew, question things people do and come up with now, take the good, and ditch the bad.

Why did I get in to the industry?

NO CEILING.

The amount of things one can learn in the health and fitness industry is incredible. Let me tell you for those who do not know…Personal training is MORE than about reps and sets and counting. A 10 year old can do that. To know (to some degree) the anatomy, arthokinematics, biology, psychology, and physiology is somewhat empowering. Taking science and blending it with art (I’m lefty…we’re pretty creative 😉 ) can turn what can be boring to some people, in to an incredible experience. Who wouldn’t want to do that for others?

What keeps me going?

THE DRIVE TO INSPIRE AND BE ONE OF THE BEST.

I will NEVER know EVERYTHING. I will FOREVER be a student to learn and grow and educate myself. There is the every day challenge to be that much better than yesterday…to know that much more. As I grow, my methods will too. My thoughts will change and I will knock some of the things I’ve done previously.

This is growth. This is change. This is striving to be the very best you can be. Not only as a professional but as a human being.

No matter who you are, where you are, or what you’re doing. Ask  yourself those questions. Answer them truthfully. Where do you see YOURSELF?

HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT?
