2 Variables To Training You Cannot Buy For Success

I have been lifting weights since I was 16 and in high school. When I turned 19, I had started lifting more frequently. It wasn’t until I was about 21 or 22 that I started TRAINING. I had a goal and it was to get bigger and better (especially since I was skinny).

One thing is for certain, there were 2 variables I didn’t have, that I finally acquired, which then led me to a better body and a healthier mind state in the gym. The two variables are

  1. Dedication
  2. Consistency

Without these two, your hopes and dreams of the fat loss or muscle building you would like achieve will be nil.

In a guest post for MOVE, I touch on the what’s and why’s and of course, how to get better results.
