Lol I wonder how many people came in here looking for evidence and peer-review and ready to call me out on this. LOOOOOOOL. GOTCHA!!!!!!

In the same token, I wonder how many people were actually ready to jump in to an ice-cold bathtub at the risk of hypothermia for the sake of fat loss. LOL I would bet a good amount of you.
I hate to tell you…actually no I don’t…that chart, I whited out the title and the actual x & y axis and labeled them with something else. And you know what, that’s what a lot of people do/can do to “prove” something works. This is how you are scammed in to a lot of money being lost in your fitness journey.
They say these wacky protocols work, that these supplements work, and that all your years of bad habits and crap eating will change in 2 weeks.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work like that.
Here’s what works for fat loss:
- Calorie Deficit
- Strength Training
- Some Cardio
- Not Focusing On Rate Of Fat Loss
- Not Comparing Yourself To Everyone Else
And if I’m honest, I am really tired of hearing and seeing people get frustrated and upset and resentful.
Losing body fat isn’t hard. Really. Physiologically, it’s not. It’s that many of you are in your head WAY more than you should be and it’s YOU stopping you. That’s what makes it impossible.
So this is where I come in.
I want to simplify your approach. Really.
You give yourself and me 3 days of strength training. You start tracking your calories via MyFitnessPal or MyMacros+. You give yourself some time and grace and know this won’t happen overnight and I can BET ANYTHING you will be further along in 12 weeks than you possibly could imagine.
Even better, doing it with an encouraging group around you and me as your coach…that’s a recipe for success!
