While we’re on the topic of fat loss, I just want to give the opportunity to those who feel they need something more.
I want to take the opportunity to tell you more about what I do as your prospective coach.
From beginner to advanced, the career-oriented person to competitors, men and women, I work with a wide-array of clients all looking to train smart and reach their goals both physically and mentally with a flexible-dieting approach. With all the information out there, it’s making it quite hard for people to sanely reach their goals without ultra restriction and more work than needs to be done.
I am all for simplicity when it comes to training and nutrition because let’s be real, all these fad diets and programs you’ve tried before just don’t work.
What it’s like to train with me is as follows:
I. Nutrition Tailored to you (we practice and teach flexible dieting) – Quantity matters more than quality when it coms to body composition goals. If your goal is to lose fat or put on size, knowing how much to eat is critical to your success. The best part? All food is GOOD food (because there is no such thing as bad food).
II. Weekly Check-Ins
III. Training Regimen – Custom to your needs and wants with a progressive approach.
IV. Cardio Instructions – If needed.
V. Training and Nutrition tweaked as needed to continue progress.
