With all the information out there, it’s making it quite hard for people to sanely reach their goals without ultra restriction and more work than needs to be done.
At Major Gainz, we offer:
I. Nutrition Tailored to you (we practice and teach flexible dieting) – Quantity matters more than quality when it coms to body composition goals. If your goal is to lose fat or put on size, knowing how much to eat is critical to your success. The best part? All food is GOOD food (because there is no such thing as bad food).
II. Weekly Check-Ins
III. Training Regimen – Custom to your needs and wants with a progressive approach.
IV. Cardio Instructions – If needed.
V. Training and Nutrition tweaked as needed to continue progress.
VI. Access to your coach via phone/social media/text/email/private team group on Facebook
With 12/18/26 week blocks, you have the option to pay in one single payment or to break it in to two separate payments. If you choose the two payment option, your second payment is always due 30 days after your first.
