See, ‘fashion’ is not synonymous with ‘style’. Not everyone is fashionable and certainly, not everyone has style.
I liken it like this (to forge this fashion and fitness thing together). ‘Fashion’ covers a wide variety of sub-topics. Think of it as someone saying they like to squat. Sounds crazy but run with me. There are many squat variations. We have splits squats, back squats, box squats, front squats, so on and so forth. Style is the subset; what you actually like and how you actually express yourself. ‘Style’ is likened to the variations of squats.
To further illustrate this, let’s think of bikers and their fashion. We think of bikers in leather jackets and/or leather vests, biker jeans, perhaps some aviator style sunglasses, and boots. Do all bikers look like that? No. There are people who like that fashion and make it their style.
For instance, a biker leather jacket, with a white tee, fitted denim, and a nice pair of shoes or boots might be a stylistic twist one what is conventionally a biker’s trend.

You want to be swimming in a new bathing suit, however. And many people don’t know where to begin when it comes to presenting themselves in a way that they feel incredibly excited to show off. To top it off, WE KNOW life is much better than walking in yoga pants and t-shirts all day. Look, we’re adults. Let’s dress like one.

#3: We will schedule a date to fly to you where I will spend 7-10 days with you. Scheduling this needs to be done sometime during your 12 months of training (preferably months 9-12).
#4: I will train you 1-on-1 for your program scheduled that week.
#5: We will go through your closet and dismantle it. You give me your budget and I will shop your new wardrobe for you.
